Available for sale is a used Hydro-Pac LX-Series High-Pressure Hydrogen Compressor, Model C06-60-70/140LX. This industrial-grade compressor is designed for reliable hydrogen compression and is also compatible with other inert gases.

Inlet Pressure: 70 to 140 PSIG (4.8 to 9.7 Bar)

Maximum Discharge Pressure: 6,000 PSIG (414 Bar)

Flow Rate / Capacity: 33.6 kg/hr at 80°F, up to 46 SCFM at minimum pressure, and up to 82 SCFM at 3,000 PSIG discharge pressure.

Motor: 60 HP NEMA Class 1 Division 2 TEFC

Power Requirements: 460V, 3-Phase, 60Hz

Control Power: 120V, 1-Phase, 60Hz

Ambient Operating Temperature: 50–100°F

Cooling Requirement: 15 GPM water at 60–80°F

This unit includes an explosion-proof reciprocating circuit, gas aftercooler, and explosion-proof oil reservoir heater.

Controls and Safety: On/off pressure control allows the operator to set start/stop discharge pressure points.

Electrical: Full-voltage 460V, 3-phase motor starter, NEMA 4 enclosure with start/stop push buttons, control power transformer, and hour meter.

Instrumentation: Controller with dual set points and discharge pressure transducer.

Safety Compliance: Electrical enclosure housing the controller and motor starter must be installed in a non-hazardous environment, and intrinsically safe barriers are included.

This unit is sold as-is and is in good used condition

Pre-purchase inspections are welcomed during normal business hours upon appointment scheduled in advance. We would be happy to provide a complimentary transportation pick up from DFW Airport and back if you want to fly in and see/send someone to inspect the item in person. In addition, we can do FaceTime / Teams/Zoom calls to go over the item in person for any domestic /international procurement. Please be mindful that we are in Dallas and therefore are on the US Central Time (CT) for any communication arrangements.

Shipping Arrangements: The unit is in our yard, South of Dallas, Texas. We can assist with shipping arrangements, and when properly scheduled, we will provide loading service at no additional charge.

Payment: Payment in full FOB for our yard in South Dallas is required for equipment procurement. We prefer to see /meet the purchaser to ensure we can provide adequate after-sales support to set your project up for success. We will require a verifiable Cashier check as a payment if you are planning to come in person. We will require a wire transfer in full, with the transaction cleared in the company account, before releasing the equipment to any 3rd party shipper companies. We are here to help and make this transaction as simple as possible, but we will take all necessary measures to protect ourselves and you.
