This HBVP-36K Ambient Vaporizer is a high-performance heat exchanger engineered for the efficient vaporization of cryogenic liquids into gas form. Designed for use in industrial gas, medical gas, and energy sectors, this vaporizer is suitable for Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), Liquid Argon (LAR), and Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) applications.

Construction & Mechanical Features

The HBVP-36K is constructed from all-aluminum alloy components for durability, corrosion resistance, and thermal efficiency.

Alloy 6063 extrusions with Alloy 6061 structural members and Alloy 5052 piping components

Welded skid base with crimped fin array for maximum thermal flexibility

Wide 12-inch fin spacing with 4-inch air gap for optimal heat transfer

Combination of 8-fin and 16-fin, 8-inch diameter extrusions with internal fins for increased surface area

Equipped with 1-1/2” ANSI CL300 RF W/N Flange connections for secure integration
