The system includes 2 trailers: a 16,700-gallon, 113-PSIG mobile LNG transport / LNG storage trailer that feeds ambient vaporizer trailer equipped with 2 ambient vaporizers and a trim heater, all controlled by an integrated PLC automation panel.

Vaporizer Configuration

• Two ambient vaporizers operate in alternating 8-hour cycles.
• The PLC automatically switches between vaporizers to allow one to defrost while the other operates.
• When ambient temperature remains below freezing for 24 hours or more, the PLC activates parallel operation of both vaporizers for increased flow and reliability.
• Once ambient temperature rises above freezing, the system reverts to individual cycling.

Power & Control

• Automated PLC system manages vaporizer sequencing, valve control, and temperature response.
• Battery Backup (UPS): Provides 30 minutes of operational power for system control and one light fixture in the event of a power failure, ensuring continuity during brief outages.

The entire system has recently gone through full recertification and control rebuild. It is ready to be deployed for immediate service.

Applications

Ideal for remote LNG fueling, temporary gas supply, peak shaving, or industrial backup gas service where mobile, automated, and weather-resilient vaporization is required.

Shipping Arrangements: The unit is in Houston, Texas. We can assist with shipping arrangements, and when properly scheduled, we will provide loading service at no additional charge.

Payment: Payment in full FOB Houston is required for equipment procurement. We prefer to see /meet the purchaser to ensure we can provide adequate after-sales support to set your project up for success. We will require a verifiable Cashier check as a payment if you are planning to come in person. We will require a wire transfer in full, with the transaction cleared in the company account, before releasing the equipment to any 3rd party shipper companies.
