Flame Detector and LEL monitor (NEW)

General description:

The box is able to receive a signal from a flame detector and/or LEL sensor to interrupt the circuit.

Detail spec:

Inputs:

+ Integrable with existing closed-loop e-stop circuit.

+ Able to receive up to 7 types of variety sensors such as: flare detector, flame detector, perimeter security switch...etc

+ Able to receive up to 2 analog signals from level sensors, such as LEL level, fluid level

Output:

+ 4 Light and alarm for up to 5 event functions

+ 2 controlled dry contact up to 15 amps per circuit

+ 1 controlled 120vac up to 6 amp (must share common ground)

Function:

+ Siren alarm and strobe light of the designated sensor when activated

+ Siren alarm and strobe light of the designated level sensor when over the set limit

+ Interrupt (open) circuit in the event of a fault being detected

Physical:

+ Wall mount 12X8x6 NEMA 4, 4x rated ABS enclosure

+ Power by 5-15p pigtail (no special voltage required)

Above is the smallest version we can offer. The PLC can be expanded with up to 14 additional I/O cards.

The 14-expansion cards can be a combination of any Digital Inputs (16 input points) cards, Digital Output (16 output points) cards, and Analog Input (8 input points) cards.
