This Applied Cryo Technologies (ACT) high-pressure ambient vaporizer is nominally rated for 216 kg/hr of liquid hydrogen (approximately 100,000 SCFH H2 per manufacturer) with a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 7,000 PSIG. Designed as a portable horizontal unit suitable for trailer mounting, it features an all-aluminum honeycomb heat exchange array with 316 stainless steel seamless wetted tubing and piping, built to ASME B31.12. The manufacturer also rates the unit for flows up to approximately 200,000 SCFH in CNG pressure-reduction heat exchanger service, with optional fan arrays available.

We welcome pre-purchase inspections during normal business hours, by appointment only. If you’re planning to fly in to view or inspect the equipment in person, we are happy to arrange that with proper notice.

Shipping Arrangements

This unit is sold EXW (Ex Works) Houston, TX. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for all shipping and freight. We provide yard access for your carrier by appointment and will load units up to 15,000 lbs at no charge when scheduled in advance.

This unit has an approximate dry shipping weight of 4,200 lbs and falls within our no-charge loading limit when scheduled in advance.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the release of any equipment. Lease and lease-to-own options are available.

A verifiable cashier’s check is required if paying in person. If you plan to use a third-party shipping company, a wire transfer must be completed and cleared in full before we release the equipment.
