CNG Hydroulic Intensifier 500-5077 psi

Specialty compressor designed to take a variable pressure ( from CNG trailer) and fill up at predefined fill rate ( 3700 psi or higher). Ideal for remote fleet fueling. It will equalize the trailer with the tank on the vehicles and when needed administer compression.

It is designed to provide a flow rate of up to 12.4 GGE a minute from a storage vessel ( at higher pressure rating) as the CNG depleted and pressure drop the fill rate will go down to 4.5 GGE a minute. It requires a minimum of 500 psi to work.

The unit has less than 300 operational hours and was used in case of emergencies fueling is required. It comes with 480 volt / 75 HP Motor / 480 volt NEMA Efficiency, Service Duty 1800 RPM. Manufactured by Pinnacle CNG HY-C unit has 1st stage 5" cylinder with 1 6" stroke, 2nd stage 5" cylinder with a 6" stroke.

Has a brand new control panel ( 2025) with all required schematics.

Pre-Purchase Inspections:

We welcome pre-purchase inspections during normal business hours, by appointment only. If you’re planning to fly in to view or inspect the equipment in person, we are happy to arrange for that with a proper notice.

Shipping Arrangements:

We’re happy to assist with shipping logistics and can provide loading services for equipment located at our yard, for units weighing up to 15,000 lbs, when scheduled in advance.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required before the release of any equipment. We always prefer to meet our buyers in person to discuss project needs and ensure you receive the right equipment and support for your success.

A verifiable cashier’s check is required if you're paying in person. If you plan to use a third-party shipping company, a wire transfer must be completed and cleared in full before we release the equipment. While we aim to make the transaction as smooth as possible, we take appropriate measures to protect both parties.
