High-Pressure Nitrogen Pumping Unit – ACD 3-SLS Cryogenic Pump (10,000 PSIG)

High-pressure, skid-mounted nitrogen pumping unit configured for cryogenic nitrogen injection service. The system is built around an ACD 3-SLS cryogenic reciprocating pump with 64 mm cold ends, rated for up to 10,000 psig discharge pressure. Liquid nitrogen is supplied from an integrated CVA cryogenic storage vessel and vaporized through a high-pressure Cryoquip nitrogen vaporizer.

System nitrogen delivery rate is pressure- and pump-limited and does not equal vaporizer nameplate capacity. Unit is powered by a Caterpillar C-18 diesel engine. This is not a DOT transport trailer.
